Escalade G5 Tail Light Rep Question

For those that run the G5 replicas, is there any difference that you can tell from the stock OEM Escalade tail lights? In addition, I'm assuming they're plug n play?

I've had an escalade and currently have 2 sets of G5 tails and they're literally 100% identical.

The lens is more red.... not a deep ruby red like OEM

Only difference really.

When I owned my 07 escalade and my 11 Yukon they parked side by side and I couldn't tell a difference.

So there are 3 options for oem escalade tail light and 3rd brake light (red, clear, and clear smoked) Is this correct?

Yep that's the three.

I can't find a smoked lens escalade tail light that is direct fit for the Escalade - can I use the G5s and just remove the resistor, or is it not that simple?
