I have a 2008 Yukon Denali with 180000 miles and recently started having electrical problems. I'm driving and the radio cuts in and out and the door locks cycle a few times. Then everything comes back. As soon as I park and kill the engine the entire power system shuts down. It's happening more and more and I'm close to getting rid of it.

Locks cycling three times is a voltage drop. First thing I'd check are your battery cables and grounds. Then, have the alternator and battery tested free at an auto parts store.

Very common issue... most likely culprit is the battery cables. But as others have mentioned... have battery load tested.
