Dumb question about wheels and where to get them

Hi!
I have an 08 LT Tahoe with the stock 17s. I want the 20-inch LTZ rims. where is a good place to buy them and I will need new tires and tpms sensors, correct? I dont want to spend a fortune but want good wheels.

Google what you want and you'll probably get a link to an eBay vendor offering like-new take-offs.
