Every time it rains, the drivers side carpet and pad gets saturated with water.

I can't see to find how the water is getting in. It doesn't matter if it's been driven, or just rained on. Drivers door seal is fine, windshield is fine, and sunroof drains are clear.

Any ideas?

On the last two generations the wiper cowl screws went into the top of fire wall and leaked on the floor. Not sure on the NNNBS but it's worth a try

I would check the sunroof more as well. Are the drain hoses attached well? No rips or tears in the hoses?

How is the sunroof seal? Tight everywhere? Does the sunroof sit flush or slightly down?

Depends on where the water is--but 99% of the time it is from the top down. Grab a buddy and a hose and start pouring and watching...

Had driver side issue with 2013 Yukon XL . I have a video on a old phone somewhere turned out to be a failure on the mastic that seals firewall to inner fender. Dealer fixed in warranty brought a so called leak specialist to fix it must have been it has not leaked anymore I assumed it would be a witch hunt if I took them a vehicle with wet carpet so i found it first.
Get everything dried out you can put blocks to lift up padding carpet and firewall insulation to get airflow behind it this will let u see what is going on as well then start with a bottle of water start on corner of cowl and work your way up careful pulling
on firewall insulation if it is wet it can tear easy
