Drivers side front...inside of tire wearing

I bought new tires a year ago. Also had front end work done including an allignment. The inside of the drivers side front tire is shot!!! So frustrated...Any clues on what it could be. I know I def need another allignment because my truck pulls to the right.

Toe out or too much negative camber ... what was replaced when the front end work was done??
