Drivers Seat Back panel

Has anyone had issues with the seat panel on the back of the drivers or passenger seat? The drivers side just fell off. I looked at the tabs and it seems that either a piece is missing or something broke...but I can't get it to stay on. had to pull an old seat back kick cover from our old car to keep it out of the lap of my son.
This is the 2nd fit/finish issue on our new gmc...not feeling the love right now.

The passenger side of ours came off. Just noticed it laying there the clips broken. Googled and found out it is not an isolated issue. The customer care advocate is going to call me back with a resolution. Waiting.
