Drive Side Valve Cover Replacement (OEM vs Aftermarket?)

Planning on replacing the driver side valve cover with the updated version. Amazon has a couple of options and a pretty good difference in price. I assume both come with a new gasket. I would like to save $50 with the dorman, but only if that's the only difference. Thoughts?

Genuine GM 12570427 Valve Rocker Arm Cover - $125.23

Aftermarket Option:
Dorman 264-965 Valve Cover (OE # 12570427) - $77.78

One is oem the other China copy. Also unless it states gasket included never assume
