Dealer key fob wont work pulled bcm codes need help figuring this out

Ok guys recently got this 99 Denali that did not come with a key fob. I tried 2 from aftermarket sources-neither worked. So ordered one straight from GMC dealer. It still wont work. I can get the truck into program mode (pull radio fuse and cycle key 3 times) but nothing happens when I hold the lock/unlock buttons. I saw a thread here on how to pull BCM codes which I did but I have no idea how to read them or what they mean and was hoping someone could help. Also looking for what code could be keeping the key fob from working (assuming its something to do with the BCM). Thanks guys, here is a list of codes that came up

You can't use the data port method? Use a paperclip, insert one end into #4 and the other into #8. That's the method for my 96 anyway.
