I just bought a 97 Yukon the other day, and today I noticed the crank pulley has a little wobble to it. Is there a write up on how to change it?
Thanks

unknown at this time.
the torque I could not find but loctite is always good. I would not go more then 40ftlbs on torque though IMO.

Could not find torque but loctite could not hurt. IU would not put more the 30-40 pounds on the pulley bolts though. the damper to crank is already at 70ftlbs.

Is there a way to tell if it's the balancer rather than the pulley?

Yeah look at he balancer ... you should be able to tell by looking at it which is wobbling.

Got in there with a flashlight...the balancer is wobbling as well. Are they hard to change?

Pull the flywheel cover and use a flywheel tool to hold the crank from turning.
