Matt, I got an ac delco water pump replaced 2 - 3 years ago from the dealer, don't know part number but it also has no weep hole in the " usual" underside location. The only one I saw was in the shaft recess, so when installed in the vehicle I can only see it by using a flexible fiberscope because the pulley is right there. As Far as dexcool, still running it with 176k miles, but I do coolant changes regularly.
