Is it possible to change out a non touchscreen nav unit with one that is touchscreen?
This is for an 03 Denali xl

If your replacing it with a touchscreen navi from factory that came out of 06 an under denali it's plug an play .if your going aftermarket the usual is required wire harness ,antenna adapter, an dash kit


I never knew GMC made a non touchscreen navi news to me goodluck

If the unit is used, you will need the dealer or a shop with a Tech 2 programmer to clear the previous VIN, otherwise you will get a "Theft-locked" message.

I figured they would have to get reprogrammed to work but otherwise there should be no issue?
