Had new tires put on due to the old all terrain off road being worn slap out on the inner edges and outer edges of the tire. Tread life was good in the middle and had just had an alignment done 6 months prior after some body work was done.

Now this shop claims that -0.8* and -0.5* camber is within spec, and I am concerned this will cause more premature tire wear.

It's a 2013 tahoe ltz 4wd with 275/60/20s and a leveling kit. Toe was out prior to adjustment according to their sheet, but does the rest look ok?

The alignment sheet/printout shows within spec and is, if the specs are correct. You said on old tires that you had wear on inner and outer edges of the tires. If that was wear on the inner and outer of each tire, that tells me that they were under inflated. The camber alignment on the printout would have only caused inner wear on both fronts, if that setting did wear the tire. You could also have shocks that are worn and are needed. Choppy/knobby off road tires can cause some funny wear at times.

What was the body work for?

Go back and tell them to give you what you paid for. The camber is ********. The spec doesn’t have a tolerance to allow people to be lazy. That is almost a degree off and will wear the inside of your tires.

@91RS are you saying spec is "0"?

From what I can find, it makes a difference for tire size and I am assuming, may make a difference with a leveling kit. I could also be way off base, too.

So, is off -0.8 on left side and -0.4 on right side. While it is in the green on the before and after readings, when I did alignments gobs of years ago, I always tried to even both sides up, unless spec called for something different. The shop should do it over because, especially on the left side, the inner tire will wear quicker.

This alignment really was a "set the toe and let it go" ******.
