brake light help

My right tail light lights up but brake light doesnt, i have changed the bulbs and the fuses(i think) what else could it be? also when blinkers switched on they run fast for both left and right. I will recheck fuses as i only check some of them but am looking for suggestions. I did have to jump start it recently and this happened after the jump i think

i just went thru the same thang, my brake light and turn signal didnt work but the parking light did. all the bulbs were good and no fuses were blown, and had votage to end of the harness. come to find out it is the board that the lights plug into. you can get it new at autozone for 30.00 a pair
