Blose Head unit turns off after 2 seconds

Have an '09 Tahoe LTZ with the Blose system. Head unit is lit up with the blue background and the clock is on, however, will not do anything when you hit the power button. Even stranger, you hit the Nav, Dest, Audio, Menu, right knob buttons and the stereo turns on and plays music for about 2 seconds.....then shuts off. Any ideas?
