barn door pin/bushing install

I went to the Chevy dealer and picked up the pins/bushings for the rear barn doors, I did my front doors awhile back found a write-up online and got some help on here any tips or info as to how to go about doing this, it looks like the old pins should come out if you hammer them up, just dont know if u gotta take both out at the same time or if you can do one by one, cause im thinking you have to take both out so u can adjust the door? thanks for the help
