Any pictures of 275/65r18 ?

Getting new tires for my wife’s 2019 Yukon. Still has the stock tires on there - 265/65r18… I’ve been told that a 275/65r18 will fit on the stock suspension, does anyone have pictures of this setup on a stock Tahoe or Yukon? Also (and probably the biggest factor here), does MPG get affected much if at all?
