A/c help!

Hey guys, I have a 99 2d chevy Tahoe. I had the air compressor fixed last year and after it was fixed the cap on the nipple where you add freon crack and began letting it out. I believe the valve is stuck because when I tried adding again it just leaked out and wouldn't fill. Anyone know what this piece is called?
