96 chevy knocking noise

i have a 96 chevy silverado 1500 with a bad knock its got 280k wondering if its a bearing or a rod issue was seeinng if i can fix the problem for the time beeing till i can get a new motor for it i have a recording of the motor turned on not sure jow to post it on here
