4L60e to 5 speed swap need help

Recently I blew out my 4l60e auto tranny. I'm looking to do a 5 speed conversion only because i have a fetish for five speeds. If someone could help me by telling me what transmission is best and hopefully someone could tell me nearly step by step procedure. including parts i will need to get. I could give someone my number if it would be easier to call or text. I know it is not an easy job. I have a 97 Yukon it has the 350 vortec. Thanks for looking. Also could you tell me easy ways to jump up horsepower?

easiest way to get more power while you have the trans out is to drop in a 454, supercharged of course

lol great idea. im talkin should I get throttle body? what kinda things should I di if I want to cam it? and the tranny situation of course.
