Hi... First post here as I need to pick a few brains/get ideas... We bought, about 4 months ago, a used 2013 GMC Yukon Denali.. After riding around for a few months, I noticed that the ride is a bit stiff or rough.. I had my son come over and he has the GM computer for testing things and the suspension checked out (we even made the rear air shocks go up and down) and the OnStar app shows that the suspension checks out ok...
Before I take it to the dealer, what can I check or is there a known issue with the comfort ride/stabilitrak/electronic suspension? I did see that some people opt out of that setup and get aftermarket type standard shocks and bypass the OEM setup.
I would think that being one of the top of the line vehicles in their lineup that it would ride like butter but not so! 31,000 miles on her right now.
