So I bought leather front seats out of a 05 Silverado, they have every function. Horizontal, vertical, lumbar, heated etc. I do not need heated seats or the memory seat function. My truck has power horizontal but manual vertical. The harness do not match for a straight swap. I know how to power the seat controls themselves, but I do not know what I'll need to wire up to make sure the airbag doesn't malfunction or give me a airbag light, also make sure the seatbelt knows when it is or isn't buckled still. Does anyone have any kind of pinout for these harnesses? I can not find one anywhere. Or has anyone else done this swap? please help. lol . Thanks.

Why not just swap over the covers instead of doing RE-WIREING.

Because the new seats are full power with lumbar support. I guess if worst comes to worst I may just have to do that. But I'd prefer to just swap everything in.

UPDATE: I was able to disconnect the wires from my old seat harness connector and he new one, and put the wires I needed into it to hook into my body harness. Worked no problem. Only thing I overlooked is my old seat had side airbag and this new one does not, found online I can wire a 2.2 ohm 1/2 watt resistor into the airbag harness under the seat and it will turn the light off. Passenger seat will be a little more difficult because it isn't a power seat. I have no idea what all the wires going into that seat are for, except for seatbelt monitor, and probably the weight sensor for the passenger airbag But I will wire it all to match again, but have to add a power and ground to a fuse, and wire that to the connector for the seat. And then also wire a resistor into the side airbag for that one also.
