01 denali pulley noise....wont crank

i had a noise coming from one of my pullies..i replaced alternator, idle, and tensioner pully still makes noise most the time...power steering is working fine and no leaks in that or water pump....maybe bearing locked up in one of the pullies idk.......also i bought a new battery and left sitting for almost 2 weeks and i go to start it and gert nothing...wtf...
