    It's been awhile since I've been online and I still haven't done anything in regards to the bluetooth. But in the last few months I haven't used the voice controls for the Navi at all. I thought I would but nope. I'm gonna have to look into getting the costar up and running.

    Wow, beautiful car. My dad had a 67 with a 455 also, and he ran 9's at the strip. I think his brother just sold it they had it since 67 showroom floor. I've always loved the Goats. If I had some cash lying around I'd pick one up. Nice work on the restore and GL w/ the sale.

    I have a 07 with only 28k miles on it. I know it doesn't help much but I would think you could find something with under 50k miles if it's gonna be your new dailey as long with towing. I browsed autotrader and the price seems pretty good for the milage though.

    where are you located? I have a set of 20" stockers that are very clean, no rubbing or anything along with tires that are only about 3-4 weeks old. I'm located in San Diego and willing to let them go for $950 for the set. The wheels alone were over 500.

    Well I couldn't find a diagram for it, but I read somewhere that it was behind the stereo. I'm sure tearing everything apart is a pain. :emotions122: I'm gonna call the dealership later this week and ask them if they will do the upgrade there

    if you want it fixed best thing to do is take it to the dealership/mechanic, If you don't have the knowledge on how to fix it yourself. I know you might get the run around but hopefully you might just get it fixed

    the only negative I'm hearing is that with bluestar you lose your voice commands to the navigation. Trying to find out if this is true or not.

    Stevek-Keep us posted on how yours goes. I found a member on another site that might be able to order them. Zach-for me onstar isn't something I'll ever use anyways so bluetooth is the simple choice. I have a cell phone that I pay for, no reason to pay for another phone service...

    I gotta agree with your wife, the bose system isn't all that great in the yukons. They need more base. Even my Nitro had a small 10" sub under the seat (factory)

    I'm thinking you can attach a guide rod (coat hanger or something long enough to go all the way to the bottom of the seat) to the wires, insert that threw the opening where the headrest rods go in, guide it through the inside of the metal plate and then follow it with the head rest rods... Or...

    So I just picked up a prestine 07 GMC Yukon SLT, well the center console is missing that little rubber mat that goes on the top. Pretty sure its so you're things don't slide around. Anyways can anyone direct me to a part # or a web site that would sell it? Thanks.
