    Stock tahoe bumper cap and bumper.I believe the bottom is the Street Scene Bumper Valance 950-45303. This is the part # for it in chrome. The Tahoe in the photo probably had it all color matched that way. I know mine came with a chrome middle and plastic top cap and lower valance.
