Navigation is ripoff!
Mine works pretty well also. In fact, I've had nav in every car I've owned since 2005 and this is the first one I'm actually using regularly. I had it set to auto reroute around traffic and it worked very well. Mine is a 15i.- imnohero

Most people are vinyl wrapping the window trim I believe. That's the easiest way IMO. -

Agreed 100%. That will look bad ass with that combo and the mods you are planning. Fairly inexpensive too. -

A couple of questions: How much was this setup? Did you install everything yourself? If not, how much for install? Does it use most all of the screens to display the image or does the image appear small on the screens?- imnohero

I actually love the ACC. I do wish you could use it like a regular cruise then switch it on if you wanted to though. There is a learning curve for using the ACC for sure. I usually stick to the right lane and move over only to pass. I used to wait until I was getting close to the slower car in...- imnohero

2015: Remove Bottom Part of Front Bumper
I believe the PPV (police purpose vehicle) is lower than a standard Tahoe or Yukon. I don't know how much that factors into the look but it's worth noting. -

I like the huge center console but cannot figure out a good way to organize it yet. Maybe i should've gotten the organizer from GM... too bad it isn't a little refrigerator. Old Denali to New SLT?
My first Yukon was a 2015 so I've never owned an older model. I have driven a 2014 Denali and can say the 2015 is so much better IMO. They have come a long way with this model. No responses... so the question is: Can I remove the chrome door trim and not replace it? It is just taped on or are there holes? Would that look odd like something is missing? -
Tinted windshield?
Is there reduced visibility at night with the 50% on the windshield? I got the highest grade tint so the shop is telling me the 70% will block the same heat as the 50% but not cut down on visibility at all. It's at the shop because they're trying to work me in so I've got to decide soon... -

My truck is black on black so it's dark already. I might go 50% on the windshield after you all's input. I just don't want to reduce my nighttime visibility. I'm going going any darker on the back. I'm just darkening the front windows and windshield. -

You think I should go 50% instead of 70%? How much does that reduce visibility out of the car? Also, if I went 50%, would that make the front passenger windows appear darker so I can avoid re tinting those windows? -

Remove or black out chrome strip on doors
I was thinking of painting or wrapping the chrome strip down the doors of my Denali. Has anyone just removed the strip instead of blacking it out? I am afraid it will look like something is missing if I just remove the chrome without putting it back blacked out. Anyone done this? Got any pics?
