Has anyone bothered with this? My 2 front doors rattle like a damn southern boy in an Alaskan winter and it drives me nuts. Can it be fixed by replacing the clips that hold the door in? I'm assuming that's all it is because just gently pushing against the door card stops it from making noise...
Hey guys, quick question. I'm shopping for rear wheel bearings for my truck and I honestly have no clue if I have the 8.5 or 9.5 rear end.
My truck specs are: 2002 Tahoe 4x4 LS 5.3L Flex Fuel. Not sure I have the tow package, but I do have the tow/haul selector.
Thanks in advance guys
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas why my voltage isn't steady when idling. It doesn't drop a substantial amount, but the needle on the voltage gauge basically vibrates and the odometer lights slightly flicker. All of my battery connections look solid and when driving or on the highway it's...
I'm planning on doing this 2" lift/level kit in the future when I can save for tires and wheels. I need to replace my front shocks now, though. Will buying the bigger shocks (these to be exact) now cause any issues? Just trying to save myself from buying stock size now and replacing them while...
My spare tire has been stuck for years. I don't think its the mechanism itself. I believe the turn slot or whatever you call it is stripped. When I put the tool in, it doesn't bite on anything so i can even try to turn it. Is there a way I can just cut the damn tire out? I plan on buying a roof...
Was wondering if anyone had an how-to on how to wire around the rear audio controls in a 2002 Tahoe. The switch/controller for my rear audio is busted so I've never had a rear channel for audio in my truck. Thanks in advance!
Hey guys, my rear channel hasn't worked since I had my stereo installed and I'm finally getting around to trying to fix it. I know it's due to my rear audio control unit being busted. Is there a relay or anything I can just switch out instead of paying 200 bucks to replace the unit? I have no...
After having an aftermarket stereo installed for about 3 years without a rear channel; I've finally figured out that it could be a relay that controls the rear audio controls. I tested to see if they worked, and they don't so I want to pull it out and replace the relay that controls them. The...
A buddy of mine gave me a nice pair of LED switchbacks for my turn signals. Just wondering what would be the best route to go with; wiring in resisters or picking up on of those LED flasher relays. Thanks!
I figure something like this would help those out looking for the right offset/rim width for their truck. I'll leave it up to you guys if you want to contribute and make this happen. :)

Hey guys, way back when I put LEDs in my gauge cluster I accidentally scratched a couple of the leads. I checked the polarity of the leds & twistlock adapter and tried the original lights and a couple of them still don't light up. Can I get one of those solder pens to fix it? Thanks!
Does anyone else have this problem???
My fog lights won't stay in the slots on the lower valence. I'll push them out where they should be, but as soon as I hit ~45 MPH they pop back in and aim straight down to where I can't see them. The issue seems to be the cheap plastic isn't rigid enough...
Hey guys, new guy here. Been looking around the forums and it seems like there's a few different ways to go about fitting 33s.
Would a leveling kit + ~3" keys work? Or does it depend on the backspacing and offset of the rims?
Any input would be appreciated! Thanks guys!
