    I have a diablo intune. It made a huge difference in how it drives. Definitely worth the $311 I paid for it. Many here like the Blackbear tunes... No experience with them so I can't compare... Definitely a diablo sport fan though

    3.42's come with the max tow package by default, but 3.73's would definitely give you more get up and go. The shop should be able to adjust your speedo. It's something the dealer can definitely do if not. My tuner allows me to calibrate for gear changes and tire changes as well.

    They're 20x9, 25 offset. Just slightly further out than stock. Heck, I was rubbing slightly with the factory size 275/55's without the level. Still haven't fixed the rubbing issue, not really concerned about it now. I just watch and make sure I don't go to full lock in reverse.

    Took it deer hunting this weekend. Definitely see a difference in this and my old Sierra... That locker in the Sierra really made a hide difference in traction. Guess I'll be looking to improve function before I improve looks going forward

    How did you install it? I don't have any abnormalities from mine. Just curious if maybe you left something a little loose? I did have to go back in about a week after installing and tighten my ball joints back up. Somehow they loosened up and I started getting a bad vibration. Torqued them...

    2010 Tahoe LT. When I got it (except for wheels that I put on)- After blacking most everything out, 33" tires, and RC 2" Level- Will eventually have an RC 3.5 or 5" kit on it.

    Just remember that even if you do all of that and increase the towing ability mechanically, legally, your gvwr and gcvwr do not change. Odds of getting weighed for such a small load are very slim, but just something to keep in mind.

    Yeah, that's about normal. Obviously air temp is going to play a factor in it somewhat. I've seen 185 during stop and go city traffic, but generally 160-170 on the highway without a trailer behind me. Been over 220 on the highway with a trailer that was catching a lot of wind.

    If you have GU4, you have a 3.08 gear ratio. Good for mileage, not good if you're towing 6k lbs. It'll pull it, but without the trans cooler, it'll get hot quick and you'll really be turning some RPM's at highway speed (don't ask me how I know this). I've read that a Tahoe with the HD towing...

    In the glovebox, there is a list of codes. K5L is the HD towing package, which comes with the trans cooler and 3.42 gear ratio.

    Oh... sounds like it may have one of those gimmick ebay junk intake fan deals. Can you get a pic of it? You may be right, it may be causing your problem. If that's what it is, I"d take it out.

    I'd look in to why your last one failed after only 2 weeks. Do you have an aftermarket air filter that may be throwing a bunch of oil in to it?

    Leveling Kit

    Up or down? If up (which I assume based on the products you mentioned), I'd suggest a rough country 2" kit. I've got one on mine (4x4) and am very pleased with it. There are potential plans to go up a bit more, but for now, it works well. Cost me about $60 and less than an hour to install...
