My stock keys are cranked to level out the back and I notice very little difference in right quality. I do think the ride quality is horrible when you max out the 2.5" reindexed keys.

285/75/17 is not near as common as 285/70/17. 285/75/16 us is the equivalent for 16" wheels.
Here is mine with 285/70/17...285/75/17 will be about 1" bigger diameter.

Most guys on here use the ford keys. I have seen a good number starting to use the ebay 3" keys/1.5" spacer kits. Most all have been happy. I don't recall seeing any with the chassis tech tho.

I don't see how this would be possible, did you measure on a flat surface? I know mine has a 1" difference in measurements when I park in my parking spot at my apartment vs when I park on the street.
Thanks, I will put that on my list of things to do. I figured that might be some of the issue, but I read a lot online about IAC and TPS. I will try the MAF and TB cleaner and hope that fixes it.
