Front end raising by itself??

So I've had spacers and keys in for a while now. I noticed that the rear looked like it was sagging, so until I get a new set of Z springs I figured I would just drop the front down a bit. I did it measured even and the world was good again. Now a week later I noticed that it looked like it was sagging again, checked the measurements and the front raised right back up to where it was before. How the hell did that happen? and how can I keep it fro happening?

I don't see how this would be possible, did you measure on a flat surface? I know mine has a 1" difference in measurements when I park in my parking spot at my apartment vs when I park on the street.
