z71 springs and 1.5" spacers in the rear will net you a 3" gain in height. throw some ford keys in the front and you're set- jESse

i see its been awhile since i've updated here. heres a few things i've done since last time i did. copy/pasting so any referances to time are old now. lol and got this in today. its from safari straps. 2" webbing. the large model like 46x40 or something like that. should work good to hold...- jESse

newest mod. baja rack cargo rack. ordered the optional light bar and hi-lift mount to go along with it. being that the rack is almost the exact width of the crossbar mounts i'm considering making custom brackets to bolt the rack down to lower it down slightly. should make it a little more solid...- jESse

Protection for hi lift?
plasti-dip would come right off with use. i'd be worried about undercoating gumming up the mechanisms or possibly being too thick. if you're worried about it that much maybe spray on some rust proofing or converting paint. i have a roof rack on the way as well. i just plan on the neoprene sleeve...
