I hear you. The only reason I've considered getting rid of my Yukon is because of the way it vibrates on the highway. After any longer trip (hour or more) I am ready to be done with it. So I am anxious to see if you figure anything out.
Im having the same issue with my nitto terra grapplers too. I feel the vibrations at about 50 and it steadily increases in intensity. At 70 to 75 mph the vibrations are pretty obvious. I had the aftermarket wheels with the hub centering rings, no help. Back to stock wheels, no change. Replacing...

I am selling my 1996 GMC Yukon 2 Door 4x4. Truck has been my daily driver for the past 4 years, and has been a dependable truck. It has never left me stranded. It's had general maintenace items taken care of in the 4 years I've owned it...
Wifes 04 tahoe is making a similar noise. It sounds like humming tires, and its coming from the left front wheel area, but only really when accelerating or decelerating in between 35 and 45 mph.
Its not the front diff because this is on a 2wd

It doesnt look that bad. I thought the same way as you did, but its not really noticeable. I powdercoated my hitch to try and make it look cleaner as well. Plus it will hide your spare tire a little bit.
Doing a body lift without all the extensions, and without raising the bumpers and without at least attempting to hide some of the frame looks like shit. Thats what gives body lifts a bad reputation, people who do it half ass and dont pay attention to details and make it unsafe.
Get gap...
I should also let you know I did crank the torsion bars up just enough to level the front end. That does help to keep everything from rubbing
285/75/16 are good, but I like the 295/75/16 because its a little taller and wider than the 285.
Here are a few pics of my truck
When installing the lift, I unscrewed the 3 brass screws that hold the fuel filler to the body (screws are located behind the gas door). I wanted to make sure nothing binded up when I actually started jacking the body up. One lifted, I went to replace the brass screws, but could not get the fuel...
