Arctic - yea I am debating still about the clearance running lights, the drilling of holes in my perfectly good roof is nerve racking to me is the biggest delima. I also want the HD hood think that it will complete the look and totally face lift the truck.

01tahoe - those mirrors will fit, it is not a hard install at all 3 bolts for mirror, pull door panel and re plug new wires to backside of the door switches. And button thngs up. Took about 20 min start to finish. The mirrors you sent are ok but I personally think that style is stupid looking.

1lowhoe - search eBay for chevy tow mirrors.. There are 2 different styles and it oertaines to how long the pig tail for the wiring is. 00-02 is a short on you don't have to pull dor panel. And 03-06 is long.

Then there are couple options to choose from: manual, power w/ heat, power w/ heat & signal... And start out about $150 for manual and 185 popper heat 299 for sign al..

And prices change between the 2 year sets. There are some sick ones for 02 that have the side marker ruling light option for the 180 area...

I payed 185 to the door for a pair.. Read carefully BC they do sell thim individually..

Yea power fold would be cool. But one more thing to break. They plug right up. I almost got the ones with blinker but didn't want to spend the extra cash. They are all plug and play.

L2yan - funny you mention the led (blinkers / runnign lights) i have been looking up lights this afternoon for this integration..

as to vibration. non that i have noticed yet.. i have to make a run up the interstate to a rehearsal dinner and wedding in the next city..and will see how they are at 75 and let you know.. but the seem very stable.. i did notice an ever so slight wind whistle or hum from the shape of the arms.. but nothing major only notice when doing the wind hand wave thing going in and out the air pocket playing around..

How did they end up doing on the highway? This is a dealbreaker for me since I HATE vibration in my mirrors unless it tha bass =)

Your hoe didnt have the LED blinker option? Mine has the LED blinker and im wondering if I order the HD mirrors with the LED option if it will plug right in? Any idea?

Where'd you get em, and how much? Ive been looking for them on ebay, and I will color match mine

You need these color matched on your white z71 :Handshake:

alright guys... only a tiny tiny tiny vibration at 80 on interstate when i hit bumps and joints in the road.. way less than when my stereo is cranked and the sub is doing the vibration...

I am interested to see these on a slammed tahoe.

Yes it makes backing in parking spots and the couple garages i can fit in much easier.. I am in love with them..
