Only 1.5" drop from McG spindles

Just finished what I thought would be a 2/3 drop. The rear dropped right at 2.375". They're coils so I wasn't expecting a perfect 3". They'll be swapped soon anyway. What I'm pissed about is that the front only dropped 1.5". I thought it was because the coils were unloaded for a couple of days so I went for a spin to settle everything and check my alignment. I hit some dips and humps. Still 1.5".

What's going on here?

I'd put it at stock height before I rode like that.
