They live near you? You ever see them nut jobs?

Yes, around the corner.....seriously. I see them every now and then in the village. Junior just opened a new shop right in town not sure if he is open yet, Paul junior designs i think, not sure what he does. That spiderman and fdny bike are in the window. The old mans shop is a big place in Newburgh. I see the father driving around alot, diff cars all the time.

Yeah wise guy, i gots neighbors....about a mile down the road.....as the crow flies.....lol and yup, i can walk out buckass if i wanted.....wife and kids would be pissed though.....

Come up anytime, betcha you know some of your ff buddies up here....
Pool aint nuthin special....gotta see some of the crap people have around here....nice crap, compared to my cheap crap.....i def cheaped out....5k for above ground or 10k for inground.......i took the 5......

5K..

I found mine on Craigslist, a "come take it down" special for $500, with everything (skimmer, pump, mesh screen, cover, etc). Sold the "Wedding cake" steps to a customer for $200, new they are over $400, and made my own ladder for under $60. (I recessed my pool down into the ground about 2 feet, and dished the center - the regular ladder steps wouldn't work, either).

All told, I've got about $5K into my pool AND deck.

Pics below are of just the opposite side, and I don't yet have the stairs off the deck down into the gravel firepit done. Third pic shows the gate I have to have to keep the dogs from jumping in the pool - during the spring/summer/fall , they go down into the yard in the morning, and back up and in the house at night.

Up here where I live my neighbors are my youth pastors whole family. They own the whole 3 acre setup. The worst I hear in my upstairs apartment is the kids running around the main house downstairs and it's hilarious! Only complaint is the 100 yards or so of dirt road that leads from the main road to my driveway. Lol. Winter has departed from these parts.... our ski season is in its final stretch. Gonna be done soon and onto summer lake weather. Although I have one last winter hoorah, a 3 day trip planned to mammoth for our professional ski and board instructors of America western division convention at the one of the month. Get to board with the best of the best snow pros for 3 days and mammoth is still buried under s good 20 feet of snow right so riding conditions will be awesome!

It was by Van Cortland Park, their steaks were just as good as Ruth Chris steak house for half the price

I stayed away from those college bars back in the day, too much drama...I was always at Sound Factory or other clubs in Manhattan getting ass instead of fighting a bunch of drunk college kids over the 1 hot piece of ass in the bar lol

I'm from 233rd. East side. Not west. Although I don't mind going to the target on that side. T&A every Isle.
