I ordered a set of Spohn boxed lower rear control arms to beef up the rear suspension a bit and eliminate any possible wheel hop that might happen if Whipple ever ships my blower and I get it installed. Plus they will look cool. I'll order new OEM or Moog uppers too so all the bushings will be new. I didn't need the adjustable ones and these are beefier by far. BBP refunded me some cash on my blower due to their cost being lower than expected so I figured I'd better blow it.

Are they shorter than stock at all? It would seem that real low trucks would need shorter arms to compensate

No they're stock length. I'm only lowered 3" in the rear and on my Denali with 26's to be perfectly centered the tires would need to come forward only 1/4". It's not enough to bother with. You can't tell looking at them and they don't rub. I'd rather have the extra strength these have. Spohn does sell adjustable upper and lower ones.
