Hi, my name is Austin Bond. I just picked up a 2008 Black 2wd LTZ loaded, w/ 26k miles and am looking to get a set of 26" KMC Brodies. I read in another thread that the offset on the 26's is not high enough, can this be fixed with a set of wheel spacers? If not, how can this be fixed to fit on the Tahoe? I have ordered LEDs for the interior, license plate and puddle lamps and black bow ties and black door handles. The tint is getting done today And I am removing the emblems tomorrow. I eventually would like to do a mild lower (2/3-4), but it will be riding around for a couple months with the stock suspension how does everyone think they would look for awhile on stock suspension? Thanks for any replies ahead of time! This is the 2006 4runner that I am coming out of:

So that's the way it works? A spacer would be the opposite of what I would need? I didn't realize that, the KMC Slides are +28 and the Gianelle Steep 6 are +30, so what are they doing to make them fit?

they're not making them fit. you need to find a wheel with the right offset.

Like my 24" Forged &Swiss for sale in the classified. Built to spec and are 100x better in quality than cast wheels:)

Hi Austin,

Is this the wheel you're talking about? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/26-K...cmdZViewItemQQitemZ250756879055#ht_2966wt_956

I'm not a go to guy on wheel fitment but I'm not sure why the others are saying they won't fit. I had 24/10s on before with a 22mm offset and they fit just fine. They did rub a little in reverse at full luck with 295/35/24s on, but that was with a 2/3 drop and it wasn't that serious.

Waiting to be schooled as to the plethora of reason why I am mistaken. :)
