wheel wells should be easy, acetone of paint thinner, or mineral spirits should take it off, just dont touch the paint. On a related note, I'm driving down route 66 and some asshat is spray painting the road for new median stripes to go in, as I drive by the clown decides he needs to spray my car with white spray paint, needless to say a 180 was performed mid-road and I had a "talk" with him

Some may not agree, but I would say WD40, it works for EVERYTHING....kinda like duct tape!!! LOL

Try acetone, works different than paint thinner.
