was really humid here in springfield and the tape didnt wanna stick for shit. whats new. and i dont have a booth. so they arent perfect. but look ok to me.. theyre real dusty in the pics. forgot to take pics after i cleaned em up. lol sorry.

That's looks good. Did you rattle can it with automotive paint? I was thinking of painting mine a darker color.

looks good...lol...you really do paint everything! i think the emblem in the middle would look sick if you came back and lined it in black

I bet it flakes off dude, painting speakers isn't a good look usually. It may work on most speakers but the sheer awesomeness of an L7 may be too much for the paint to take.

it was "fusion" i think its called. for plastics.

yes i do. im not very mechanically inclined, and its cheaper than doin big engine mods. i may just do that :)

i agree. ive painted cones before. but the cone of the l7 is a weird material. i beat the shit out of em daily, its been done for a week now, and no signs of anything goin wrong. still purdy

you could even go one step further and paint the baskets white too and then the surround would be the only black

dont encourage it. i have a tendency to over do things as far as paint goes haha
You coke shit out as much as I paint stuff black. You might be ok if they haven't flakes yet, still it diminishes the sensativity slightly. Are those the silver cones?

no they were the darker gunmetal color before. im ridin on stock wheels at the moment. 24s will be painted satin white :) gonna start tonight if i get the chance
