it was the Barometric sensor it's the lower sensor next to the throttle body
it was reading 104kPA key on which is sea level when it should be 92kPA (2700 feet)
BOTH match now and both show 92 kPA with Key on
The idle Runs smoothly, the Violent shutter when shifting into second is gone too i tested it at 9-11mph. for a couple of blocks. and could not trigger it.
I can't comment on the revving though but it should be fixed I only drove it a couple of miles but does it after about 20min of driving with the a.c on
