Holy hell, I haven't run E85 since buying my truck, it absolutely rips!

I put in 1/2 tank after I heard some mild detonation when passing someone in 96 degree weather, running 87 octane BJ's wholesale Club gas

Now the Wife is getting sick of me saying "R*ped ape"

Any downside, besides the 30% drop in fuel economy?

E85 has me sold, at least once in a while.

When you get a couple tanks in to get it to full strength then tell us how she runs! In your truck it goes to the high octane tables and makes 380 horses and over 410 foot pounds of torque.

No downsides at all, the engines love it and it is great for cleaning the pistons!
