Cargo/Loading Ramps: Any DIY Designs or Suggested Brands/Models?

Y'all,

I've done my due diligence, but haven't run across any cargo/loading ramp discussions on TYF, other than this one on a dog ramp. To be clear, I am not asking about maintenance ramps one would drive the truck onto, I'm asking about ramps to do things like getting yard equipment or whatnot up and into the rear hatch.

So, has anyone had success with creating their own DIY design or using a particular brand/model?

I'm going to watch this thread, as I currently use a couple of 2x4's or 2x6's to drag heavier items up and into my truck. It works, but it is a PIA.
