Can you off road in a Yukon SLE without 4WD??

3 inch lift spindles with 1-3 lift keys
I have a 2002 GMC Yukon Sle. It's rear wheel drive with the torsion bar front suspension. I was wondering if anyone has heard of using lift spindles along with lift keys?
