    Unless they can prove to you that they have an allocation, which I highly doubt, I'd pass on the non refundable deposit. Maybe try and talk to a manager and see if they're willing to bend the rules.

    Afaik there are still parts shortages. Add to the fact that the full size GM SUVs are getting a refresh for 2024, orders will probably increase, making them harder to get like when this generation first came out.

    I heard each dealer has to remove sold orders from the website. I have no idea how true that is. Mine was marked as sold on the order sheet and never showed up on the dealer inventory. The dealer also didn't even know it was enroute.

    I order a g wagon, lwb range rover, and escalade all within a couple of months. The escalade came first. The g wagon about a month after the escalade. The range is still in the "waiting pool". Maybe by the time I get tired of the escalade, the range will be built.
