I would check that your blend door actuators are serviceable as well. I have had them fail, and not direct the cool air out of the dash vents. I have also had water pooling in the blower motor duct, causing a multitude of issues.
Have you ever done the lower intake gaskets? Mine leaked at the coolant ports and pitted the intake quite badly. I did the fuel spider upgrade at the same time.

I had the same issue as you. My torsion bars would not budge. And the truck was only 10 years old at the time. Get the control arm disconnected, and work at driving it forward, clear of the torsion bar at the front. Good luck.
Last time I removed the lower control arms on my '97 GT, I did Not remove the torsion bar. Mainly because it was seized in there big time. I loosened the lower control arm mounting bolts, pulled down on the control arm, and that relieved torsion bar tension. I placed a jack loosely under the...
The multifunction switch/turn signal stalk can be the source of many electrical gremlins on these OBS trucks. My cruise control started working again as soon as I replaced it. I think the wiring takes a beating from the repeated actuation of the signal stalk. Your wires may have found their...
I just brought mine out of storage, and drove it for 3 days. There was zero AC charge in it. I have a slow leak somewhere, but it passed vacuum test, put in 2.25lbs of R134A. It blows snow out of the vents, and the CD player works!
Check that the negative and positive terminals on your battery are clean and tight. I had your same issue, when I would accelerate the battery would lose connection momentarily, and the engine would cut out.
