    Any news on this front? I took delivery of our new 2021 Yukon on Tuesday and it has been working flawlessly up until today when it started the same stuttering that I had noticed with my earlier test drives. I have no idea why it just suddenly started doing it.

    Not true. They just had to wait to get their allocation. You should take the order number they gave you, go to the GMC website, and ask them for the status of your order. If they are telling you the truth, you should have an event code of 2000. If they lied to you, it will still be a 1100.

    When I went on my test drives, that was all I was doing was listening to music through wireless CarPlay. I was just trying to test out the stereo when I noticed it skipping out very so often.

    No... just a hard reset which is when you push the volume up, volume down, and then press and hold the side button.
