    STOLEN IN DFW

Hey just to follow up on that, I called OnStar to see if they might be able to help, no joy. I bought the ccar used last year and the module has been deactivated since Feb 2020. Rats. The girl was nice enough and very helpful. If any of you don't have OnStar active all you have to do...

    STOLEN IN DFW

About my only saving grace is that I have a backup vehicle available to me right now and don't necessarily have to go buy anything right now. Pretty handy given how hot the market is.

    STOLEN IN DFW

As I understand it, it's possible to use a transponder of some sort that replicates the factory key fob signal (or something to that effect)

Thought about that a bit too late!

    STOLEN IN DFW

Amen to that! OnStar has not been active while in my possession, and while I understand they could potentially still track the vehicle this appears to have been a very professional job, would assume they knew which fuse to pull. As @gat0r noted, by the time I noticed the car was gone, it...

    Black Trim/Mirrors

The RST trim is EXPENSIVE. And from what I understand a bit difficult to install. Just FYI. May be better of getting the chrome wrapped.

What did you do to your 2015-2020 K2XX Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Definitely noticeable on start up and idle, a like Wes and slow5.0 said, a little more growl up to a certain point. I was actually pretty surprised at the difference on my Escalade, subtle but noticeable.

What did you do to your 2015-2020 K2XX Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Wow, I hadn't even thought of that. My first thought was Katskinz, but not sure they make the right color either, and then I thought to just buy whatever color was available and have an upholsterer match the leather and stitch patterns. Seems like that option would be $$$$$ though. We'll see...

    Under hood storage box

The bracket should be there. It is on my Escalade.

    Under hood storage box

Maybe see if you can find a Pelican case or similar with the same dimensions? Shouldn't be too hard to finagle a mount. Maybe something like this from Plano, or one of their smaller ammo boxes. Waterproof, not expensive, should fit the bracket ok...

2021 Tahoe High Country/93 octane or not?

Maybe a little crass in my response, but if you're worried about gas prices you should probably not have bought one of the largest consumer vehicles currently on the market. Cost me $90 to fill up yesterday, but that's the price you pay for a thirsty gal with a big tank (and a driver with a...

What did you do to your 2015-2020 K2XX Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Did you buy the sensors separately or does that price include the sensors? My wife was having trouble with TPMS in her Range Rover and I could never get Discount to do it, even during a tire change.

I lust after your setup every time I see it. Not a lot of luck finding a jumper to match Shale interior unfortunately!

    Any reason NOT to go 4" or 6" on a 2021 Z71?

Where are you located Jason? I've seen that the guys at Lewisville Autoplex here outside Dallas have done some lifts on the '21s but I have no idea what they're using. EDIT: it's ReadyLift. I had heard somewhere that the 3.5" and 4" kits from the previous gen might be useable on the '21s...

    Coyote's Escalade

If you're referring to the tranny hesitation between shifts, yes I know. I've had the tune in for a couple thousand miles now, and it's all learned up. The hesitation is maybe not as drastic as I described, it's totally normal. Also re: suspension if anyone cares, I took a tape measure out...

    Coyote's Escalade

MaxTrac installed, pics to follow. Install was super, super easy. Passenger side took me about an hour, as I trialed and errored my way through it. Driver side took about 20 minutes. A couple install notes: It helps if you have either two jacks or a jack and a set of jack stands. I used...

MaxTrac 2" rear lowering kit ordered (thanks for the info @16SLE91 ) and should be here by Saturday (quick service!) Also, I did a little more research on the Moroso AOS and it does not matter which way you plumb it, either way can be in or out. Already drained about half a tablespoon after...

    Coyote's Escalade

Thanks for the insight Rich. I've definitely seen a mixed bag of opinions on whether the AOS is necessary or not, but after reading how much a number of users are seeing in the throttle bodies and catch cans, I figured better safe than sorry. I also assume that the catch can would reduce the...
