As much as I love nbs SUVs and trucks, it’s hard to find something not clapped out entirely. I went back and forth on nbs vs nnbs as I loved and disliked stuff from both of my previous vehicles.
Ended up buying a 2009 6.2 Tahoe instead...
I bought the rr2 because of the BT updates, I thought that was the only difference from the RR. I’ll have to reach out.
No fade is fine, I have zero rear speakers currently
Alright I lied. I can get both jacks to play with power on. They turn off with power off. Source button functions. PROG does nothing. I should probably check what that actually does
Randomly came across this thread. One thing you can do is remove the small plastic piece forward of the cup holders to gain a little extra, was enough to fit an inflator, jump pack and fix a flat in a can. I’ve done it to all of mine. That power lift gate does eat up a lot of space. It got one...
Took me a bit to find some corded headphones but I tried both aux ports out back a few times, I can get some noise while plugging and unplugging but no actual sound. The source button works on the rear, the heated seats work but that’s all I can get.
I still don’t know why they’d work with the...
I ditched the pac interface for the idatalink maestro rr2 thinking that was the issue. I have it hooked up with the amplified setup. Maybe I just need to drop a bunch of coin on a nicer kenwood that’s idatalink compatible
Yes my steering wheel controls are working.
Maybe I’ll see if the aux...
I’m losing my mind with this thing.
Bought a 2009 LTZ that originally had nav and overhead console. Previous owner put a Sony head unit and PAC gm5 in poorly and nothing was working. Figured I’d swap my old kenwood in and everything would be gravy, nope. I gained everything but rear speakers...
I mean honestly, the truck looks awesome and I love rwd vehicles (not everyone does) but the accidents and price swayed me to buy a different one. It’s more mileage but I didn’t pay that much for it so I can justify it.
Do you have an actual for sale ad here?
It wouldn’t let me add more pics but I came across a few more I took. The second to last pic is the way they attached the front of the skid behind the bumper support
It’s like swapping a cam on any ls prior to afm, spin cam to push lifters in to the buckets, use either magnets or dowels if you don’t trust the buckets, pull old cam out put new in.
Meh I’m not one for many exterior mods and honestly pretty happy with the stock exhaust and it’s note.
I did just get body painted handles in. Chrome is too much for me. I also think I want to swap to a different wheel and downsize to an 18”
