2000 Tahoe stereo not working/cuts out
I had a similar problem. It turned out to be the power supply wire to the amp was warn through. My truck is 2007 and the wire was under the fuse box under the hood. It was chafing on a metal brace. I would check for power and trace the wires back.- 07yukonguy

Stabilitrack and traction control

Valve Covers, AFM Deflector, Oil Consumption TSB 10-60-10-008M
Just came across this valve cover issue while looking up high oil consumption. 07’ Yukon 240,000kms. Needs a litre of oil between changes. Is it worth the valve cover swap or just keep adding oil?- 07yukonguy

2007 Tahoe Spare Tire - Stuck
It took two of us 1 1/2 hours to get mine down. Finally after letting the air out of the tire, and striking the hanger in the right place it released. High idle switch?
I’m in Canada and it regularly gets down to -30 celsius. A lot of people use “winter fronts” in the winter months. They are like a insulated vinyl blanket that covers the grill. Solution....at least in my case. I finally took it to the dealer and had the problem diagnosed. The problem was no power to the amp. They found a broken wire (and several others almost worn through) under the main fuse box, under the hood. There is a metal plate under the fuse box and one bundle...- 07yukonguy
