Bypass parking brake wire on Pioneer AVH head unit the easy way
For my Pioneer, if you simply ground the unit, you won’t be able to play the video. There would be no way to do or mimic the function of “disengaging and engaging the parking brake.” Unless I’m missing something. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- czargee

Hello all! I'm thinking about getting a Mcgaughy's drop kit for my Yukon. I currently have 305/35/24 rubber on my ride. Anyone else with this set up and a 2/3 drop? If so, is rubbing pretty severe? Will this drop work? Thanks in advance!- czargee

intermediate shaft
I actually had to replace my intermediate steering shaft about 2 years ago. I did a self install and it was fairly easy. When I was driving with the defective ISS, the steering wheel felt loose and wobbly. After replacing it with the new ISS, it drove like new!- czargee

Mcgaughy's 2/3 lowering
That 2/3 drop looks good! I have a 2004 Yukon rolling on 305/35/24. If I install a 2/3 drop, will there be major issues in rubbing and turning? Does anyone have this set up? If so, how is your experience?- czargee

What's up Shaggy. No pics of the install yet. And yes, it's a whole new window and brake setup. I removed the Yukon rear window, removed the Yukon 3rd brake light and replaced it with an Escalade rear window (with brake light attached). -

Before After Rear vent caps were initially Escalade pearl white. I sanded them with 1000 and 2000 and rattle painted them black (3 coats) and clear coat (2 coats). The plastic applique where the 3rd brake light is attached to was burgundy. I painted that in the same... -

Your painted vent caps look great! I just bought white Escalade rear vent caps and painted them black to match my ride and they turned out pretty good. I will post pics up soon.
