Purchase Options - HELP!!
Welcome from Walterboro SC. I vote for the 2020 because the 2017 will need a new transmission in the near future. I would also have it checked out buy a good independent mechanic or Chevy-GMC dealership who has a good rating from top to bottom just to be safe. But that is just me.- Miami-Dade

Just bought (now fixing!) 2021 Yukon XL Denali
Houses are selling with prices from 400K and up. They are not selling as fast as they were a couple of years ago. Condos are selling very slowly as people do not want to pay the higher maintenance costs plus occasional assessment fee which can run as high as 30K bucks or higher.- Miami-Dade

Yes. Been going up to NYC from Miami 3 times a year. Actually, looking to sell my condo by the end of the year as having a lot of issues with it plus do not want to deal with the Condo Commandos anymore.
